Hi! I am a 23 year old photographer, videographer, and designer from Klein Texas! I'm currently based in Chicago, working as an Assistant Director of Design and Branding for Northwestern Athletics. During my time in this industry, I've noticed a hole in the market for true-to-color photographers for people of color and am dedicated to filling this need!
Graphic design, marketing, photography, and documenting events in digital media have been passions of mine since I was very young. I started my photography journey by taking photos of rescue dogs for their online adoption profiles in middle school, and then joined the yearbook staff at my high school. In yearbook, everyone worked together as a team and I realized that I need that collaborative environment. I loved constantly learning new skills and information with my peers at such a rapid pace. I earned my degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2024, majoring in AdPR and minoring in psychology. Throughout my time in college I worked as a Creative Media Student Assistant, managing and creating for women's gymnastics and photographing volleyball. One of the most important things to me is showing the athletes as people with stories and not just players. I also worked with Wasserman as an Adidas Student Ambassador and a graphic designer for Wass Next Gen. I loved gaining more experience in the world of marketing and advertising, while sharpening my people skills as part of #TeamWass! Ultimately, I just love the art of capturing a story, and I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to continue to study my passion and make an impact on the world through it.
